Spiros is the owner of CPC and CORFU BUILD and is a well respected member of the community. He will help you with all stages of buying land and property, discuss architects plans and your requirements and oversee building work from beginning to end until such time as he can hand you the key to your door. He is mostly on site during the day but you can make an appointment to see him via Aggie, his Office Manager.

Agatha is essential to the running of CORFU BUILD and the CORFU PROPERTY COMPANY. You can find her in the Kavadades office 9am - 1pm and 6pm - 10pm Monday – Saturday. Agatha is Greek but speaks fluent English.

Roger is an English builder who, having re-located and worked with Spiros on Villa Bigioli, is familiar with all aspects of Greek land acquisition, planning, tax, building processes, property maintenance, etc. and can explain these to you. He is the first port of call for preliminary talks on buying land or property. You can make an appointment to meet him for an informal discussion at the office in Kavadades, or at Villa Bigioli. If you are in the UK you might like to try ringing Elsa for a preliminary chat to find out more about life in Corfu. Elsa commutes to Corfu on a regular basis and is a qualified interior designer and artist’s agent. She can communicate in Greek.
